Are the ride-on models road legal?+
They are designed for private property, controlled venues and exhibition use. Road legality varies by country and region, so buyers should confirm local requirements before use.
Can I choose a custom paint color or livery?+
Yes. The 964 supports free custom paint colors, including metallic finishes, and can be discussed with racing stripes or custom graphic themes before production.
How long does customization take?+
Current full-payment custom production is approximately 15 days before dispatch. The exact schedule is confirmed with the final specification.
How are large models shipped internationally?+
We use protective export wooden crates and coordinate ocean, road or regional logistics according to destination. Final freight is quoted before order confirmation.
Can batteries be replaced quickly for venue operation?+
Yes. The 964 supports quick battery replacement, and the Performance specification also supports fast charging.
